This quick & easy high protein breakfast is perfect for:

Busy weekday mornings – prep these once (or even twice in the week for top ups) on the day of the week that works best for you and your family (as Meal Prep isn't one size fits all) and pop them in the microwave as soon as you're ready for them in the morning!

Road Triiip– If you happen to get peckish along the way, these are a perfect stop gap until you get have dinner

Freezer stash – Egg cups freeze really well and are my go to as a nutrition coach when I crave something quick! You can take out them out the night before and allow them to defrost in the fridge then pop them straight in the microwave the next morning - pefect meal prep hack every time
